This laptop has been so easy to use! It uses a fingerprint sign-in that makes me wonder why I did not consider it before! The swithch between of laptop and tablet is seamless! Would recommend this laptop to others!

I was looking for a laptop for programming and most of the time its remotely so the Wi-Fi needed to be robust and the HP Intel Core i3 laptop does satisfy all my requirements

Overall a great little laptop. I finally replaced my 7 year old laptop and got this. Had one issue shortly after I set it up where I had to factory reset the laptop, but have had zero issues since. Great for overall and general uses!

Picked this up as a test platform for Windows 10 deployment. Surprisingly good performance for 4 Gb RAM. Fast boot up and good speed using Chrome (multi-windows) and several apps.

This was a Fathers Day Gift for our 93 year old Dad. He already had an older HP which was becoming antiquated and slow. This HP is light and has beautiful bright picture.

This computer was a trade up from a Lenovo that died that I purchased for my granddaughter. Better RAM and more GIG. Best Buy worked with us after trying to fix her other one and did us right. Thanks for such great customer service!

This is exactly the computer I was looking for. I'm not a techie. I just wanted a decent computer to play games, do email and some routine Google searches. That's what I got with this machine. I'm really happy with it

Had to replace a 1 year old computer that had a BIOS issue. The replacement computer is smaller and the keys are in somewhat of a different configuration, even though built by the same company that built my original computer.

I have owned this computer for a little over one month. My other laptop was awful {ASUS} and the letters kept typing over each other so I decided on this HP. So far so good.

I love the size and capabilities of this laptop. It is exactly what I was looking for to search the web and do minimal work on. The only negative -- the battery does not seem to last as long as other laptops of similar size

So far, so good. This computer is great to pay bills, get on the internet, send emails, etc. i didn’t need anything super fast, and this has worked out perfectly.

Purchased tgis for my daughter as a birthday gift. She starts college this fall and it will come in handy. She loved it, set up was easy. She is happy with it.

Better than expected. I was worried about moving from windows 7 to windows 10 but after just a few days i am happy to say the speed of this computer to handle mutiple tasks puts your stress level way down.

I just thought it was a little expensive since there is not to much memory and I would of liked it better if it was touch screen but the touch screen was to expensive

I absolutely love this laptop. It is the best. Very easy to use and I love how everything is so organized. It holds a charge for a good amount of time. The best thing is that it works at a very fast speed.

Windows 10 S on this computer is excellent for someone who wants reliably fast Internet service, whether WiFi or wired. My wife uses this for Emails and Internet-browsing. This suits her needs perfectly.

Has exceptional performance, reliable startup, and great visuals. A few quirks at startup that I had to google to fix, but all smooth since that first day

My daughter uses the computer everyday for school and she says it does everything she needs. When she comes home on the weekends she brings it to watch all her Netflix shows and it works great for that also.
