Good for basic/mid use. Refresh rate is good. I can open multiple windows, and it doesn't lag. I only wish there'a a cd/dvd drive, so I won't have to use external cd/dvd.

I wanted a new laptop for basic computing needs. This fit the bill. I was looking for one with a backlight, which this lacked, but it came with Microsoft Office for free which was a great compromise.

We got this laptop for my granddaughter who is starting her first year of college. It will do everything she needs it to and also fulfills all of her recreational online "needs"! Good value for the price.

Classy and exquisite hardware. Keyboard works with ease. Only got it about three weeks, so I’m still trying to figure out if I like Windows S- mode. Other than that it meets my needs. Love it.

I wanted a small easy to handle laptop. Since HP is the brand of all my other ones I got it I didn't want a chrome book I wanted a laptop with a lot of space without using external zip drives.

We use this around the house mostly for surfing the internet and paying the bills. Seems to be great so far.

Got laptop for my wife to help with her pronic healing classes. Worked perfect for her. She's pretty picky to not a peep. Price awsoum no problems what so ever

This was a returned/refurbished product. Performs normally at this point. The person we purchased it for passed away without using it after we set it up, so only time will tell if we really like it.

If you’re looking for a basic laptop small functionally this computer is perfect for you. My only Complaint is the mouse click is loud but it’s sleek looking thin and works great for the price for it!

I was looking for a light weight, sleek laptop for general browsing and to pay bills. This was perfect. Not one that needs the fancy stuff on it. This does exactly what I need it to do.

My daughter is on her second year of college with laptop & we haven’t had one complaint. That’s a great thing. Works with all of her classes THAT ARE NOW ON LINE!!!

I am not a technologically savvy person but had not trouble setting this up. I bought it mainly to have my own computer to pay bills and operate a small home business. So far, it has been great!

Very nice laptop. I love using it for everything. I would recommend this to all my friends. I like how it let me change my screen. The keyboard is easy to wan off. I love my laptop.

This laptop is great for a basic home use laptop. It has supported all the programs my children have needed for distance learning this school year.

Surprisingly fast on booting up. Connects with internet easily and can handle any transfer speed. Keys a little mushy. Screen is adequate. Overall great for uncomplicated work tasks

The products works ok, not great, limited mainly by its 4 GB memory. Any decent laptops these days should have at least 8 GB memory, IMHO. Although it runs Windows 10 Home in S Mode, that OS is useful if you have a touchscreen hardware, which this laptop lacks, and it lacks a lot of application supports -- in other words, the OS is not ready for prime time. One can always upgrade to Windows 10 Home, but this is additional works, and as I mentioned, 4 GB memory configuration is not ideal for this.

Needed a computer/laptop for video uploads and data searching for work. This is a great laptop for all that and more. Video streaming is excellent and uploading is wonderful.

I bought it for $359 plus tax, next morning price went down to $279 plus tax so I contacted bestbuy and they gave me the difference right away. And device itself working very good

Our main computer was not performing well so we purchased this computer as an emergency backup . It performs better than expected. Would recommend this computer to others
