Okay for light use

Video graphics for watching movies is on the poor side. Speed is enough for browsing, emails, bill paying, etc. Mouse buttons are wonky after a year of use. Keyboard feels flimsy.

Slow, freezes up

It freezes up after just 20-30 mins of simple photo editing and is actually slow compared to my 8 year old, worn out Dell Inspiron that cost far less

Cheap laptop. Emphasis on cheap

Super slow for anything other than 1-2 tasks at a time, but with the solid state it runs reasonably okay for light tasks. Would not be good for any serious work.

Good one for basic usage

My laptop had an issue with in 3 months of purchase. The screen got blacked out. Had to send it to HP service. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I hope the service for this computer will be better than the last...

Basic Laptop slow wifi

We decided to return it and upgrade to a faster wifi touchscreen laptop

I got this for my son so he can use it for school. He had problem so he just sticks to using school laptop.
