Just plain old junk

I started having trouble almost from the beginning. One day something wouldn't work and then the next day it would work, then something else wouldn't work. Then 4 mo to the day it said 18% left on the battery. I was at my daughters for 5wk when it went dead and all the time it was plugged into the power. Well it turned out that it wasn't the battery but the cord which hadn't been disturbed in a month was bad. 2 wks later the whole thing went dead. Now I am taking it back to Best buy and having to prove to them that it is a lemon and I want a new one, probably not the same kind. I have a list of things that won't work on it even it they got it to come on. My old laptop worked good for 7 and 1/2 yrs with no problems. This one was just plain junky. I'd give it a zero instead of one if they had zero.
