I have purchased at least 20 computers for business, home, and family. I have never had such a terrible experience trying to set up a computer in my life. I could not get any help from HP. Their customer service was nonexistent. The computer would not start up or present the login page. If I powered it off 5 or 6 times I would finally get the login page. After doing this at least 10 times I reset it to factory defaults and returned it. I don’t know if it was the operating system Windows 10S or The HP but after two days of trying to make it work I didn’t care. I purchased another brand of computer set it up in one hour and it has been working perfectly. I will never buy another HP again and definitely that has to do with the lack of customer support! This purchase was a monumental waste of time.

Laptop works fine for the price I would recommend it to a friend

Negatives: You cannot put apps on this computer unless they come from Microsoft. It is slow loading everything. Stated measurements are the laptop when it's open from top to bottom NOT the size of the screen, which sucks because I am visually impaired and that's what I thought I was buying.

The laptop is not bad at all I wanted it for school but it was complicated for me to use it that's why I decided to bring it back to the store and get a Chrome version because chrome is always easy to use that's my opinion thank you

First. Of all the salesman sold us a laptop-that was suppose to be a pen touch screen, we purschased the geek squad and extra ram in which we had to wait a week because they didn't stock this style,from 4 gig to 8, when we went to pick laptop up geek squad told us this was not a touch screen, we told them that's not what we asked for, had to call a manager up explained the problem, he said he would correct the problem, well guess what they didn't have this computer they sold all them, had to wait another week. By the time we added all the programs and geek squad price I could of bought one cheaper.

The processor is nice and great for the value. Everything is great but the resolution. I hate the display and had to return it. It's like buying a old TV with a better refresh rate.....useless!

The first 2 laptops had issues and this one I'm not sure doesn't have an issue also. If I have to return this one I won't get another HP

Didn't realize there was an issue with the computer until the 10-day return had passed. Bought as a Father's Day present.

Very comfortable and easy to use beautiful look specially good for kids

I purchased this lap top on June 2019, After three month the software problems are appeared. I called Bestbuy to get technical support but was told that they charge me 100 Dollars. I can not imagine. They are selling the products without guaranty.

Used once for 5 minutes and the memory is maxed out with no programs added!

you get what you pay for. Cheap product which is not durable.

I am not happy with this purchase. The keys stick and jump to the work key. Is this a defect?
