I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy and I’m genuinely impressed. The performance is smooth and fast, handling everything I need without any issues. The battery life easily lasts all day, which is a huge plus for me. The price was also very reasonable for the quality—it feels like I got great value for my money. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the laptop and the buying experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others

It has good battery life but it overheats easily and doesn’t have good storage

Pretty fast for something with only 4GB of RAM and a 128 GB UHD! I wouldn't try it for serious games, but watching videos is just fine. I have MS Office installed and everything works as well as it does on my 32 GB machine. The only limitation is that it's running in Windows S-Mode which is a sleeker version of Windows. It's made to be lighter weight for computers like these. The only drawback is that it requires all software to be downloaded from the MS Store. You CAN take the computer out of S-Mode, but you cannot put it BACK into S-Mode. I'm running in S-Mode for now. I'm quite happy with it for standard office use and Internet browsing. And it cost only $200!!!

HP Laptop looks just the picture. Luv the color. Easy to set up. Buttons are easy and soft to press. No issues; truly functional.

Works well for what I need it to do. Does not have lots of processing power but gets the job done.

I love my HP laptop. It is so easy to set up & use. The screen size is perfect for me. It is a great product at a great price!!

One complaint.. its a laptop that you cant put on your lap for long..it gets hot..battery life is great though.. you've been warned.. see for yourself..

I am very pleased with the HP laptop that I purchased at Best Buy. It was exactly what I needed at the price that fit my budget. It has all the features I need to do my bill paying tasks as well as the occasional word and excel tasks.

Time will tell how it holds up down the line but at the moment it seems good, especially for the price

Great low cost little computer for seniors and kids. However, its not a very fast processor.

So far so good. Works for what I need right now. Will see how well it keeps up with school projects.

I purchased this HP - 14" Laptop - Intel N150 Processor - 4GB Memory - 128GB UFS - Natural Silver for my husband. He previously used a Chromebook. This laptop was the perfect transitional machine for him. It is easy to use and has all the bells and whistles that he needs. He actually wanted the bronze color one but this is the one that the clerk pulled and we should have checked the box before we left the store to make sure it was the correct color! Anyway, this laptop is easy, fun and functional.
