We got this for my mom because her computer died. So being on a budget this was a great deal. She just needed it for basic things like social media Amazon and some other things. So this laptop is perfect for her. She is not technically savvy either so I feel the perfect model was available. The price was amazing! We happened to get it on a giant sale and it was 110 dollars off. As far as I know my mom is very happy.
