I have been using it this couple of days , and it really satisfies my needs.

I bought this for basic functions, email, Team calls, web browsing. Unfortunately this was not able to handle these basic functions. It lagged and was very slow in loading websites. Its more for a kids 1st computer.

Bought for Mother’s Day and my mom likes it . I use it to watch Netflix . It’s a pretty rose gold color .

I recommend this laptop, it's excellent for the use I'm giving it, I'll keep buying at Best Buy

As of today I am having no issues at all with the laptop, well that is just one. Sound quality and volume range are not as good as I had hoped. But overall it works great for my needs. I am in the hospital awaiting surgery so yeppers this laptop is perfect. Thank you Best Buy!!!

The laptop is highly recommended, it's super good. I love it

It's a really cute laptop and I get lots of compliments on it. And most of the time it works fine. But I've noticed that when I'm online it will randomly just freeze, and it takes forever for it to move on. I think the problem is that this, like all Microsoft systems, comes with that virus that they claim isn't a virus, Microsoft Defender. Honestly, it should be illegal for them to put that into these computers and then make it impossible to remove it. I've found a way to work around it though, and now it seems to be running a little better. For the basic things that I use it for, which is mainly internet browsing, social media, and shopping, it serves its purpose. I wouldn't use it for anything that requires expert graphics or high speed.

HP Laptop looks just the picture. Luv the color. Easy to set up. Buttons are easy and soft to press. No issues; truly functional.

How HP and Best Buy can authorize the sale of this PC is amazing to me. It is so under powered. It doesn't even have a 1 GHZ processor, and only 4 gb memory. Then they put windows 11 on it! You got to be kidding! Windows 11 is a pig and uses about 7/8 of the memory while doing nothing. I loaded LInux on it and it is somewhat better. They should be embarrassed to sell such a machine and I am at fault for buying it!!
