This is my 4th HP laptop and I am very pleased with it. I do not require 'bells and whistles' and this laptop fills the bill. The price was right, it was delivered quickly and the Geek Squad did a good job finishing the installation.

I am very pleased with the HP laptop that I purchased at Best Buy. It was exactly what I needed at the price that fit my budget. It has all the features I need to do my bill paying tasks as well as the occasional word and excel tasks.

I bought this computer for a couple small things that I just could not do on my Mac and so far it has not let me down. It is reasonably fast and really good at what I bought it for. If you are buying this to be a multi-media monster or to compete with a MacBook Pro, you are fooling yourself. If you are buying it to have access to the world of Windows and some email and internet surfing, you will not be disappointed.

The color is perfect and sweet, is very faster and easly to use, the power charge have a lot of time, I can use for 12 hours and have charge . Very good product

It’s great for just normal work or for school but playing games makes it extremely laggy and it often crashes.
