    Tried this computer, planned to return once I realized it takes like 2 minutes for a page to load, and then realized there is a 15 day return policy, not a 30 day. Would love to exchange this for a better computer for patient care.

    I have been buying refurbished tech for years. I was excited foe this because if the color. But i wasnt able to set it up. Took it to the geek squad where they discovered i was missing a network driver, audio driver & window key. After 1.5 hr with them they advise i return it. Which i did. Then bought a brand new off the floor. Due to how our economy is i was able to buy a new one with a yr ild processor for about the same price and less hassle to set up then the refurbished one.
