The only issues I have is it overheats had to buy a fan to keep it cool and it autosaves to one cloud but other than that it works great

solid laptop for only a specific usage. only can do one at a time

Computer was slow for some reason jut inputting data in search engine. I bought it fresh out the box. I was in the same room as modem. I’m the only one on my high speed internet. Other devices respond faster. This one was slow. I returned. Maybe someone else will have better success. I paid with my card. They returned within a week.

This computer is all right. I just don’t like the fact that it doesn’t run as fast as I thought it would really slow actually.

Computer doesn’t hold a charge and charging wire fits loose into the port. Even when we can get it to hold and charge, the battery still drains very quickly even while not being used. When I called best buy they said I was past the 15 day return window so there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay to have it fixed.

I saved my money and did my research. This HP laptop is just what I needed. Fast, sleek, basic computer for personal use; writing, emails, shopping and streaming. Arrived on time and in good condition. Easy set up and no complaints.

It is great slim and lightweight it is the perfect size for my granddaughter to work with. This is her first laptop. Now she will be able to interact with her cousins that live in another state

Is a good computer I’d say you got the bang for your buck
