I bought it fresh out the box. I was in the same room as modem. I’m the only one on my high speed internet. Other devices respond faster. This one was slow. I returned. Maybe someone else will have better success. I paid with my card. They returned within a week.

Had it a month and already not working

Even when we can get it to hold and charge, the battery still drains very quickly even while not being used. When I called best buy they said I was past the 15 day return window so there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay to have it fixed.

Fast, sleek, basic computer for personal use; writing, emails, shopping and streaming. Arrived on time and in good condition. Easy set up and no complaints.
