Nice for price, but does not have side tray for old floppy discs to play. They no longer make them, so had little purpose for our intentions

It is very slow and lags really bad. It was supposed to be used for school and doesn’t work for what it’s needed for

I've only been able to get onto this computer one time and it took me hours... i had to go through so much. I tried again a couple days after the first day I got it and I haven't been able to log back on since. It looks very nice and pretty but either I got a bad lemon or something.

If your trying to game or do any other stuffthis is not the laptop is it so slow and weak even having barely any tab it don’t work tris I know the review look good but just save your money

I am usually a HP person. Unfortunately, this laptop has me reconsidering. The keyboard started acting up after the first day of use, and I have attempted without success to get assistance from HP.

The speakers and microphone have ussue otherwise not bad experience

I purchased this laptop specifically to complete mine educational classes,, it ran so ridiculously slow that I’ve missed All classes and fail This semester

I admit, I bought it for its looks… and because I wasn’t able to fix my main pc. However, this computer isn’t even feasible for an elementary school student. My last purchases on here make me feel like everything I’ve purchased was poorly refurbished even though it was marked as “new”. This particular laptop shuts down when it feel like, I can only afford to have either one tab or one piece of software at a time so idk how that can be overloading the system enough to crash… do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

Necessary to return for personal vision reasons. Needed clearer key colors.

Buy a different one. Can you believe that I am force to write 50 characters to be abld to post? One short and sweet statement isn't enough. How about a payment for reviews.

I regret this purchase, too bad it can't be returned. I bought this to check email and pay bills. It is so slow, I can't even do these most basic tasks.

Best for just streaming use. Business or schoolwork was difficult on this pc. Cannot download documents from browser and not touchscreen. Pc began to overheat and lag when on zoom screen sharing or when multiple windows are open.

Stopped powering on after three weeks, unable to get quick appointments to fix

Awful.open box excellent condition had dried food on the cover and “stuff” in the keys. Looked like it was shoved into box. No cords tied.

Beautiful color and all but the laptop itself is trash. It can be full and about 20 or 30 minutes later it’s low battery or discharge completely. The charger must always be near.

When I received the package the computer stated excellent condition, but when I pulled out the lap top out it was dirty. Had crumbs of food and when I opened the actual laptop it had tape as if someone had taped their passwords or papers to it and had human hair as well. Not good for a product you expect to be clean at least.
