Handy most portable laptop I've used. Fits in an everyday use purse! Only difference I've notice is the screen quality isn't the HD resolution like others, but it's still really good

Easy purchase in store. Great looking laptop in this color. Purchased to update from older, similar Windows10 HP laptop (this one has Windows11) my daughter uses for her job/personal life. Easy to carry with accessories in a backpack. It was quick and easy to setup and get started; it leads you thru process. She's been using it for a few weeks now and has not mentioned a problem. Purchased due to the great sale price and moderate upgrade in memory. (128GB instead of 64GB) She purchased a 128GB Mini SD card to insert and use as extra memory. I almost forgot, when you look at pictures of similar HP laptops you are considering, be sure to check both side views for the various inputs/outputs. This one has a couple USB, a USB-C, HDMI, headphone/microphone, and a multi type card reader slot. It also includes pretty much the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. There are also other color versions available with the same specs for the same price. Look at/Read Best Buy on-line ad for more accurate description, I'm no expert. On-Sale price was Great.

This laptop is perfect for student who just need it for Microsoft office. It's a bit slow and screen not crazy resolution but perfect, lightweight if you need it for small tasks.

This little laptop is mighty, purchased to have on the sofa. Tucks away nice and gets the work done when needed.

I have had it about a month now. No issues. Stays charged. Works well with multiple tabs open. I am not a heavy streamer so, I am unsure of how it would perform for gaming or continuously streaming content. I do know, it works great for virtual meetings, music, and my professional needs. It is lightweight and does not overheat.

I just love the compact size of my PC. But it's size doesn't minimize it's efficiency. I wanted a PC that met my immediate needs for portability, performance, and price, and my Laptop-Intel Processor did just that! It's memory and storage capacity is more than sufficient for me. And one more PLUS+, it's a Willow GREEN color, and GREEN is my favorite COLOR!

I recently got this laptop as I needed a replacement. It's fast and user friendly. I also like its small size. Easy to carry around. I highly recommend it. Great value.

I recently purchased athis with an Intel N150 processor and 4GB of RAM. While the laptop worked fine for basic tasks like browsing and light use, I found that it wasn’t sufficient for my needs. Running multiple applications at once caused noticeable slowdowns, and the 4GB of RAM just wasn’t enough for smooth multitasking. Because of that, I decided to return it. The return process at Best Buy was straightforward and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, this laptop might be a good fit for someone who just needs it for simple, everyday use like emails or light browsing, but if you plan to multitask or run heavier applications, I’d recommend looking for something with a stronger processor and more RAM.

This HP laptop is an excellent choice for anyone who's in college. I love its sleek elegant design and condensed frame.

I got this computer for a little over $100 just to do basic things like working in Canva and Microsoft Excel and office and it does all of that very well. I did try to stream a video and it constantly buffers and the computer is not fast enough to keep up with streaming. Nice little machine.
