Laptop has been great for my elementary aged kiddo. Easy to navigate and use. All 3 of my kiddos have the same version.

I bought this laptop as a first laptop for my 10-year-old. This is a perfect laptop for her! It is a great size, easy to use, and I especially love the parental features on it. I can lock it from my phone, set time restrictions, block her from certain things and features. She got a cute laptop bag for it and takes it wherever she can!

Bought it for my wife after she started working a side gig. It's nothing fancy; the build quality is about the same as a Chromebook, and the display is poor, but what do you expect for $200? It works, and that's all she needs.

I needed a simple laptop for College . Nothing fancy . And I love it . It has all the basic features and looks sleek. I love the blue . I had it for more than 30days now and it works just fine . No issues.

I purchased this laptop because I wanted a simple personal computer for everyday tasks. I use a MacBook Pro for work, and my employer recently implemented additional security software on our devices. While I wasn’t doing anything inappropriate, I had been using my work computer for normal personal activities like banking, grocery shopping, and general browsing. I decided it would be better to have a separate, low-cost personal laptop for those things.
At first, I was excited about this HP. I really liked the color, the lightweight design, and how portable it felt. For the first week it seemed okay. It was a little slow, but I assumed it might just be my internet connection.
By the second week, though, the performance issues became much more noticeable. Simple websites like my grocery store would struggle to load. When I tried to plan a vacation and had a few tabs open to compare prices, pages would stall and just spin without loading. Even basic browsing became frustrating.
The screen quality was also disappointing. It wasn’t exactly blurry, but it never looked fully clear or sharp. Text and images just didn’t have the clarity I expected.
And S Mode was another major drawback. The limitations made the experience even more frustrating. Honestly, I would have been better off purchasing a Chromebook for this type of basic use.
Overall, while the laptop looks nice and is lightweight, the performance and display quality made it difficult to use for even simple day-to-day tasks. In my experience, it wasn’t worth the money.

This computer is wonderful! As a college student, it fit all my needs and works great. The battery last a long time and charges quickly and I got it for an affordable price.

This little computer has been a wonderful purchase; it works reliably and quickly and has been keeping me connected for bill pay, email and other necessary connections in today's world.
