My ten-year-old grandson arrived from China. He needed a laptop to complete his online homework. He has had no issues and can even access his grade-level Chinese studies online via the internet.

Purchased for my wife’s mother. She likes it and it works for her to check her email, search the web, social media, and do a little business on it.

Small but good for what I need it for not to pricey

This product is great for slower paced activities. I had a heck of a time trying to get the laptop "out of S mode" because i wanted full access to everything. HP definitely makes it hard to take it out of S mode and you can't go back once you've decided. It does run videos and web games a little slow. It good for typing projects and things of that nature. I got it mainly to be able to play dnd online with my friends and it definitely works for that and loads what it needs to. If you want something that runs completely smooth i would recommend saving up for something a little bit better because this can definitely run slow and clunk sometimes.

Got this for my daughter who started college. Great starter laptop.

Here again, HP offers a good, solid performer. Works with HP printers and its Microsoft programs flawlessly. A really good choice for those who don't need high performance gaming and video speed. In short, a good choice of value for price.

I love this computer. It's the lowest processor I think so it's not super fast. You don't want to open up too many tabs at the same time. But it's reasonably fast, not slow and no problems at all

I added RAM to laptop and found at this price was fine laptop for my parents who just use for emails and browsing web.

Was not an easy set up.. after a return and two calls to customer service finally up and running.. not ideal for elementary school student purchase even though kids this young are required to have these days
