I use to love HP. But lately most HP laptop last me 1 year instead of 4. Replace 2 already

I understand the limitations of a value laptop, however this computer runs so slowly that just basic web browsing is sluggish and frustrating. Even more confusing is the inclusion of so many ports. It is equipped with an SD reader, two standard usb-a ports, one usb-c port and a port for HDMI output. The build quality isnt as bad as I other computers in this price range. The matte screen is decent, typing Is great however not having a backlit keyboard Isn't ideal. I'd have taken the backlight over an SD reader. Overall, my experience so far has been quite disappointing. I looked into possibly upgrading the ram and hard drive, however the was the computer is build that is not an option. If I had the ability to return the device I would and spend another 50-100$ to get something with a little bit more performance.

Great buy but slow at times when loading freezes sometimes when loading

In the first week it has just shut down completely on me. I have all the virus protection on it. It freezes up a lot. I can’t make it through one full shift without having to charge the battery.

This laptop is extremely slow, it might be a good buy for someone in school who doesn't have any need for speed with their work.

freezes I knew it would be slow but it freezes I only use for on line poker and some web surfing during late evening hours. It can't handle some times for 1?2 hr. it is slower booting than my 15yr old laptop did. Not a good purchase.

The mouse isn't very smooth to operate, it's a little touchy and the overall speed of the laptop isn't impressive. It's a good value for the low price though.

The laptop is what you pay for, I guess. It’s very slow and I only had it a couple of hours. For writing Java code. It was too slow and I had to exchange.
