I recently purchased athis with an Intel N150 processor and 4GB of RAM. While the laptop worked fine for basic tasks like browsing and light use, I found that it wasn’t sufficient for my needs. Running multiple applications at once caused noticeable slowdowns, and the 4GB of RAM just wasn’t enough for smooth multitasking. Because of that, I decided to return it. The return process at Best Buy was straightforward and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, this laptop might be a good fit for someone who just needs it for simple, everyday use like emails or light browsing, but if you plan to multitask or run heavier applications, I’d recommend looking for something with a stronger processor and more RAM.

Six weeks and so far so good. Quiet-unlike the one that was dying. No screen issues with the hinge either, which was the last straw on the old one. This is good for regular internet use. Plenty of storage for photos, etc. Nuisance is no WordPad. What I wanted was a machine that didn't go fan crazy with modern websites. As you might guess, the old HP was a disk driven antique. Best of all the price. I don't know why I waited to upgrade, but it is a much better experience for everyday surfing. Not for gamers I imagine. I don't know about battery life, as it never goes anywhere and stays plugged in all the time.

I purchased this laptop to continue taking online classes, zoom meetings, listening to and sharing music. It serves its purpose very well. There was only one time I ran into an issue with using the laptop. I had a test that needed to be proctored and they required you to have at least 8gb of RAM. Well this one only had 4. I used someone else’s computer (MacBook) which I did not care for. So if you know that you will be using the laptop for things like that then I would say get one with more RAM. If not, this is a great laptop!!!!

Good quality laptop - can do everything desired with this device. Lightweight, looks pretty, screen is good. Only complaint is battery life is not as good as I hoped.

Workes well for a budget laptop with no heavy productive work. Just video streming and cheking social medas and some memory. Gives that nice specs over many different Chromebooks in the range.

It was easy to set it up and it works wonderful. battery and everything works. Wonderful love the set up. Battery is wonderful too.

Handy most portable laptop I've used. Fits in an everyday use purse! Only difference I've notice is the screen quality isn't the HD resolution like others, but it's still really good

This laptop has been a great purchase. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and the Honey Lavender color gives it a unique, stylish look. It starts up quickly, runs smoothly for web browsing, email, streaming, and school or office work, and the display is bright and clear. The battery life has been reliable, and setup was simple right out of the box. For the price, this laptop offers excellent value and is a great choice for everyday use. This was a great Christmas gift for my nine year old. She was happy to finally have a laptop of her own and has learned the basic functions of it.

I have really enjoyed using the Intel laptop for my work and for my personal work. I have not experienced any issues with this laptop. So far, it has worked great! I like all of the features it offers. I wish I were able to purchase more gigabytes and a larger screen. My next purchase will have those missing features. This computer purchase was just to test its capabilities. I am impressed and convinced that I made the right decision to purchase this computer.

I purchased this during holiday discount with tax for $150, for the price I bought its worth it- considering I bought it when it was the price of a tablet If you're wondering how others perceive you if you work outside with this laptop: the laptop has a smooth interface and exterior looks sleek; it does not look cheap. After a short time of having the laptop, it lags and has to turn off and on for it to work and the screen could be a bit brighter and webcam camera quality sucks The battery is average lasting 2 hours maximum, I carry charger and keep it on energy saving mode all the time

Great budget laptop. No real complaints about performance. I use it for light internet browsing. BUT the screen is the worst I’ve ever used.

This is a small in size computer yet a powerful machine. The setup was easy, and use has been almost constant. Great small in size machine.

Works amazingly! love the color! Going from a chrome book to this was a bit of a change but it is very easy to navigate. The price is also a plus!
