I love this laptop. It works wonderful. It is my favorite color and it wasn't too expensive. Which I believe great because I'm struggling right now. But we needed this and glad Best Buy had it for a really good price!

For the price this thing does everything you need and more. Would buy it again if needed.

My laptop operates the best when charged. It keeps a battery life of 6hrs. The device is slim and lightweight. It's keyboard works fine for me.

The product is great, just wish they had more colors available as I had purchased the color I wanted online and it said it was available at the store. Then it turned out they only had two colors available out of like eight other colors that it showed online.

It’s my best gift to myself. The size and features fit my daily needs. Fits in my work bag and often goes unnoticed.

I was told by the sales associate that it wasn't a very good purchase, and it was slow. The gentleman stated it had a lot wrong with it. But on the contrary! This computer is awesome. I bought it for the great price and for school. I just needed it to do my assignments and online classes. It's fast has a lot of storage, and has been a great buy! I would recommend this computer!

This laptop has come in handy. Setup was easy. So far so good. If you aren't going to use this laptop for games and download a lot of stuff this is a good laptop.

I recently purchased this awesome HP laptop. Perfect to use for work,college students,and staying organized with all the great apps like PowerPoint,Excel and Word. I honestly recommend this laptop.

Its a great computer and easy to use. My grandson uses for school work and some gaming.

My experience making the computer selection and checking out on the Best Buy website was easy and swift. The computer arrived when promised. However; The HP Laptop was plugged in (as it advised) for two days (I was busy with many things), and the device had only downloaded 2% on the first day after being plugged in all day. I left it plugged in another day and it started to download more. I believe it got to 40%. I left it plugged in but unplugged it because I would be gone for two days. When I got back, I plugged in the computer and it started from scratch, all the previous download was gone. I will need to contact Best Buy after Xmas to see if they can assist me with this issue. I'm not sure if I would recommend the product.

This was so cheap and the quality is great. The color I gotten was th light green and it’s is super cute. I’m happy about this purchase for sure.
