This is the fourth time I have purchased this computer for my two kids, and every time it works like clockwork and is easy to use, upload items, and connect email accounts to. Love this! The best part is that it is not too bulky or too high for middle schoolers or high schoolers to lose or mess up.

I have 5 laptops,tablets ans e readers and all died. I saw yhis HP on sale during yhe July Black Friday sale and decided to get it snd I sm so glad that I did! This prevents me from having to go to my desktop to browse or for Word or some other project offline. I also purchased the extra warranty. Happy with this purchase. I got the lavender one.

The laptop is light in weight, and I love the color. The keyboard is smooth and easy to use.

I love my new computer! I got it so that I could type notes for meeting and make them very sharable to other people. I just needed something really lowkey and basic. I haven't had my own laptop for a wile since my MacBook broke and ran out of updates maybe 2 years ago. And so mu new computer gives me a little more of that independence that i was looking for. Not to mention, my husband and I bought it on sale for under $200!

A cute laptop but very slow and can only be upgraded to 8gb ram. The processor is slow and the ram is inadequate for windows 11 since windows 11 inhales system resources and you have almost nothing left to use for other programs. The screen is low resolution and blurry. Very dim and boring screen.

Like it, maybe not super powered but efficient enough for my purposes(accounting, surfing, vid), looks good, doesn’t feel cheap

Bought it for my wife after she started working a side gig. It's nothing fancy; the build quality is about the same as a Chromebook, and the display is poor, but what do you expect for $200? It works, and that's all she needs.

This has really good features for a budget Windows laptop. Processor, Storage, and RAM are just enough. I like the touch of HP keyboards as well.

The screen went blank after unpacking and starting to use. Took back to BestBuy in Trussville Alabama. There was some issues in getting the store to replace my defective HP laptop with a new one. The laptop had not been out of the box very long and the store had a policy that the return time was extended due to the Christmas holidays which I was retiring the laptop within that time frame. Myself and household are HP computer/laptop individuals and has always made our purchases from BestBuy. At first there was an unwillingness to exchange, fix, or refund money for the laptop. Eventually Brent stepped in to first listen to my complaint and went over and above to resolve the issues whereby that I would leave as a happy satisfied customer. Brent's customer relation skills are a solid 10 on a scale of 1 thru 10. Brent is a great testimony to the companies name. I would highly recommend Brent as the go to person to work on resolving any customer store issues that a person may have in dealing with BestBuy in Trussville Alabama

This computer is performing great so far. I'm very satisfied. I needed one which runs Windows 11, since I intend to purchase a TurboTax software program which requires Windows 11 and my previous computer could not be upgraded.
