In the first week it has just shut down completely on me. I have all the virus protection on it. It freezes up a lot. I can’t make it through one full shift without having to charge the battery.

I understand the limitations of a value laptop, however this computer runs so slowly that just basic web browsing is sluggish and frustrating. Even more confusing is the inclusion of so many ports. It is equipped with an SD reader, two standard usb-a ports, one usb-c port and a port for HDMI output. The build quality isnt as bad as I other computers in this price range. The matte screen is decent, typing Is great however not having a backlit keyboard Isn't ideal. I'd have taken the backlight over an SD reader. Overall, my experience so far has been quite disappointing. I looked into possibly upgrading the ram and hard drive, however the was the computer is build that is not an option. If I had the ability to return the device I would and spend another 50-100$ to get something with a little bit more performance.

The mouse isn't very smooth to operate, it's a little touchy and the overall speed of the laptop isn't impressive. It's a good value for the low price though.

Had issues with linking up to Microsoft and went back to Best Buy and did not receive support. Was told "It's not our problem". Was very disappointed with that response.

Great buy but slow at times when loading freezes sometimes when loading

It was a okay laptop ran pretty slow though so but good for work

freezes I knew it would be slow but it freezes I only use for on line poker and some web surfing during late evening hours. It can't handle some times for 1?2 hr. it is slower booting than my 15yr old laptop did. Not a good purchase.

Not the best computer, but I can’t complain to its defense I tried downloading war thunder on it and that’s what killed it. It still runs. It’s just laggy which I have to delete war thunder off but it’ll be great for school

I bought a laptop June 13,2025 I used it maybe 8 hours and the day of the return dead line the screen has what looks like water spots on it. Now I pretty much just threw $150 away because they are saying I’m outside the window.

Had to return this laptop. As soon as you save anything on it, it gives you an error not enough storage space. I purchased a hard drive and it still didn’t work properly.

This laptop is extremely slow, it might be a good buy for someone in school who doesn't have any need for speed with their work.

The laptop is what you pay for, I guess. It’s very slow and I only had it a couple of hours. For writing Java code. It was too slow and I had to exchange.

This computer is significantly slower for loading internet pages and booting up as compared to my previous HP lap top--but NOT as slow as DOD laptops I have used

Im not happy with this computer. It takes a long time to start. Doesnt hold a charge. Its very fast. You get what you pay for.

Have it had it super long but do really enjoy it so far. Works great, haven't had any issues out of it. I will say the camera quality isn't great but I wasn't expecting top notch here. Battery lasts pretty long as long as you're not running anything like discord or something really large. Fairly light, not bulky, very subtle color (on the outside with it being lavender). Overall really really like it!

I ordered the item and they cancelled my order and I'm supposed to get a refund glad just waiting for my refund

It does what it can but if you have money pay the extra for a better piece. Over heats easily and is so slow.

Okay, laptop for getting small tasks done, not recommended for heavy use.

This notebook is a great starter notebook for beginners and school aged children. Easy to use. Great value for the price. Battery life could be better but, you get what you pay for.

I am usually a HP person. Unfortunately, this laptop has me reconsidering. The keyboard started acting up after the first day of use, and I have attempted without success to get assistance from HP.
