Got it for my son just to use as he gets older with school work.

It's ok. You get what you pay for. The display is not the best and the system lags if you have too many things open. But for the price it's a deal.

I work from home and it's a great Laptop for what I need it for! I wish the screen was a bit bigger but that's my only complaint.

Have it had it super long but do really enjoy it so far. Works great, haven't had any issues out of it. I will say the camera quality isn't great but I wasn't expecting top notch here. Battery lasts pretty long as long as you're not running anything like discord or something really large. Fairly light, not bulky, very subtle color (on the outside with it being lavender). Overall really really like it!

This kaptop i would say its good for personal but not gaming, it has a mircosoft store app and not google play store ios app store id you wsnt more games it apps you are wanting to get i would suggest a macbook

I will preface that Best Buy is amazing and has no control over the quality of HP and its products. That said, I am a huge HP fan and predominantly own HP laptops. However, I feel that I need to post a review for this product to warn others before they make the purchase. The price was very nice for those tight for money. But what you get is not worth it. I live in a city and have high-speed internet. It took me 10 minutes just to log in to post this review; that is how slowly this laptop runs. I teach undergrad students and purchased this to grade their assignments when I am not near my fixed PC, and I am woefully disappointed that HP produced such a terrible product. It saddens me that individuals who are financially strapped for cash, like students, are led to believe they have gotten a 'deal'. Unfortunately, I am opting to keep this laptop, as it would take eons to remove my personal information, time that I do not have.

Just what we needed to do my homework. Didnt need alot of storage so the 4ram is okay for me. Great price for it not to be a chrome book....

For the price the this laptop is perfect for your day to day use.

Bought for my 8 year old boy for his little researching and homework and he loves it! Easy to use and effective for his basic skills. Affordability and quality is seen with this product. Love the color I got the blue metallic

I've only been able to get onto this computer one time and it took me hours... i had to go through so much. I tried again a couple days after the first day I got it and I haven't been able to log back on since. It looks very nice and pretty but either I got a bad lemon or something.

An excellent choice for anyone seeking a high-quality laptop at an affordable price.

Would not run the programs I needed it to run even though the memory should have been enough. Not a bad laptop just did not work for my needs.
