    I’m not happy with this laptop and I am planning on returning it. We have tried repeatedly to get it to print with my printer. We have redone the steps repeatedly and it will not print. And when I pulled up my tax returns that was transferred from my other laptop, you cannot read them because they are encoded in a different language and will not give us options to change it to English.
