The N150 is amazing ,I have absolutely no complaints. My old laptop of four years suddenly died on me, so I searched the web for the best and most affordable option for a college student. The N150HP popped up, and since it was on sale, I bought it right away. Shipping took about 3–5 days, setup was quick and easy, and the laptop itself is sleek, lightweight, and runs smoothly. The battery life is great too. Overall a solid 10/10!

Was Just Browsing Online… and Now I’m Basically a Cyborg I was casually browsing Best Buy’s website, sipping coffee, minding my business… when THIS laptop appeared on my screen like a majestic digital unicorn. My cursor trembled. My heart raced. Next thing I knew, it was in my cart, and destiny was in motion. When it arrived, I opened the box and swear I heard the Hallelujah Chorus. This laptop doesn’t “start up” it ascends. Web pages appear so fast it feels like it reads my mind. I click “search,” and the results show up before I finish typing. The display? Sharper than my grandma’s opinions. The keyboard? Feels like massaging marshmallows that can somehow type 120 words per minute. The battery? I’ve streamed movies, shopped online, and deep-cleaned my email inbox without ever seeing that dreaded low-battery warning. This isn’t just a laptop — it’s a life upgrade disguised as tech. I’ve been very impressed with this laptop’s performance and sleek design. It starts up quickly, runs multiple programs without lag, and the display is bright with vibrant colors—perfect for both work and entertainment. The keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the lightweight build makes it easy to carry around. Battery life easily lasts through a full workday, which is a huge plus. Great value for the price!

This is a great laptop for basic uses such as Zoom, internet browsing etc. The UFS storage is relatively fast compared to eMMC drives. For those that are comfortable opening the machine up, you can easily swap the 4GB module for an 8GB or 16 GB module. This will make the machine better, especially with more open tabs or programs like Zoom. It's easy to use an SD card for additional storage with the builtin slot. The machine does work with Linux with some caveats. The UFS drive isn't recognised by all installations so you may have to use a Live image like Ubuntu or Debian Live. Also, the Mediatek WiFi works but the power saving settings in currently available kernels freezes on suspend. Solution, disable suspend, and it'll work fine. I get good battery life and performance from this machine.

It's a cute laptop in the color willow green and it gets the job done. It feels like a high-end laptop for low price. It's lightweight and small enough to fit in my bag.

Overall, a good basic laptop. I bought it as a backup for travel. Good for basic browsing and video streaming. Not a lot of memory, but I don't use it to store anything important. Good battery life and I like that it's small and lightweight. The biggest con is that it (at least mine) has some sort of critical memory error. It crashes on me at least twice a week. I have noticed that if I move too much, like picking it up or shifting it, I'll get a blue screen of death. But, restarting only takes a couple minutes. Since this is just a backup, I put up with it. I definitely wouldn't want this as my only computer though.

Overall i have a good experience with the HP 14" laptop i bought from best buy it was $100 off and it does everything i need! Battery life is good graphics are amazing and for being a cheaper laptop i didn't expect how great all audio and display settings are very easy to change to your liking.

Easy to set up. Love the color. Its lightweight. Its a very basic laptop but meets my needs which is to pay bills, shop and search for stuff online. Its not as speedy as my old laptop but it was the right price and if I need storage i just use my external hard drive. It also has an SD card slot. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Dear Best Buy Customer Service, I am writing to formally report a concern regarding my recent experience at one of your Best Buy locations. I would like to clarify that the product I purchased is excellent and fully meets my needs. It was purchased for an elderly man, and he is very satisfied with it. I have no concerns at all about the quality or performance of the product. However, I was very disappointed by the behavior of one of your employees during this purchase. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and repeatedly stated that the product was “trash.” He questioned why I was buying it and made negative comments about my decision, even though he does not know my personal reasons or situation. I found this behavior inappropriate and disrespectful. As a customer, I believe I have the right to decide how to spend my money without being judged or spoken to rudely. The employee’s comments made me uncomfortable and discouraged me from wanting to shop at Best Buy again. I am submitting this complaint not because of the product, but because of the employee’s conduct. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers are treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.

I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks, and it’s been a really solid experience. The design is lightweight and easy to carry around, which makes it great for school or travel. Performance-wise, it handles everyday tasks quickly—web browsing, streaming, and homework apps all run smoothly. It even manages light gaming without getting too hot. The battery life is surprisingly strong, lasting most of the day on a single charge. The keyboard feels comfortable, and the trackpad is responsive. My only small complaint is that the fans can get a bit loud when doing heavier tasks, but it's not a major issue. OMG! Can we say Light weight, and compact!! Lets not forget how Cuuute it is!! Obviously I love my new HP! It shipped fast! She came in scratch free with no damages. I bought my HP after losing most everything in my life. I have been working on rebuilding myself and living a sober life. It has been 10 years since I have owned my own laptop. Which was also an HP. Ive always been happy with using HP products, and I am glad I purchased this through Best Buy. I got a great deal, and saved alot of time and money. This new laptop is going to help me finally catch up in life and take care of alot of unfinished work after all these years. I can finally do things now like, file for divorce, do therepy at home, and work towards being in my daughters life again. Also, i can enjoy an old hobbyof mine, photo editing! Thank you Best buy!

So far this is a good computer. I was told that this computer has a 100% return rate, and I was going to return it to get a better one (more expensive), but so far this computer is serving my needs. I haven't saved much on here because I was warned about the memory issue, so I have been careful, I hope this computer keeps up the good performance.

Good for basic tasks, though it does not multitask well due, I suppose, to a slow processor and minimal 4 gb RAM. It froze up on me altogether after a month of use, and I had to re-install windows, but it has been working fine since. A good back-up laptop, and at a very reasonable price.

This was exactly what I needed for school. All the ports! It’s an HP, so porting everything over from my desktop was super easy and it runs like a dream. The battery capacity leaves something to be desired, but this was the best deal ever! I am so happy I got this!

1st off im just amazed at this laptop! I use it for light applications like email, file transfer, web browsing, 2D Gaming, and i also bought it for the sole purpose to take Online Classes! HP blew it out the park with thier A.I assistant! It is a really nice companion to help with everyday tasks and exploring ideas to make those ideas come to life! This is my 2nd laptop and is definitely my favorite lite application laptop. 10/10
