easy to set up does everything i need to do display is good

The Laptop is very light weight, and easy setup. I got the color I want along with 2 free subscription that I utilize very well. I got it on sale during Black Friday however without the sale I probably wouldn’t have purchased. I gave 3 stars due to I’m having screen issues now and it haven’t been more than 45 days in. Will be returning or exchanging!

After the initial setup, the computer is fast and works great.

Purchased teo of the laptops for my son and I to use. So far, we have had no compliants about the laptop. Love the fact that it comes with Microsoft Office free for a year and has a built in virus protection program.

Great laptop for the money. I bought this for personal use and it is the perfect size, has a great display and easy to set up. I have always had HP computers and I do have an HP desktop, but I needed a laptop for portability. This was a great deal!

Bought this open-box item for a steal, and it was/is in good condition. We bought it for the size and because it was relatively up to date from a tech perspective. It fits in my backpack easily and is not heavy. We bought it to go on a trip with us so we could post to a travel blog for family/ friends, use Word, and (in general) stay abreast of current events. For tasks in applications such as Word or Excel, it worked well. For Substack or other Internet-based apps, it was a different story. Unfortunately, the laptop had a real issue with hotel Wi-Fi. Each time we moved to a new location, it had to reboot for it to work properly. If you did not reboot, it would not get to the captive capture screen so that you could login to the hotel's Wi-Fi. A system reboot worked every time. Not sure the problem as we had just downloaded the latest in Edge/Chrome and it was painfully, utterly, terribly slooooooooow to try to get anything done. It's fine to blame some of that on the hotel's Wi-Fi but I used the computer at home and had a similar experience.

Loved my laptop would buy again. Battery life is great, screen display is nice & clear keyboard works great lighting on screen is well lit.on /off button works fine would recommend this computer to others to buy , worth the price I paid would buy again. Very pretty colors to choose from was packed very nicely in box and was delivered with care package wasn’t thrown on porch was handled with care.

It was quick and easy. I wanted a basic all around laptop. This was in stock and on sale. I bought it, now use it, and have no regrets. Would I recommend it? In a heart beat!

Overall this has been a great purchase for the price. The laptop is smooth, no delays, holds a great charge when off the charger and has been a nice upgrade from my prior computer.
