Okay laptop. You get what you pay for. Good for very basic use. Not a lot of memory… Lags very easily.

My grandson has this computer. he said it lag,s and he is 5 years old

This laptop is used for basic stuff and it is very slow, should have opted for something more powerful.

The computer is slow. Horrible display. Horrible battery life.

Feels very cheap. Has a hair trigger and clunky mousepad. Not a big fan overall.

Bought the computer in August 2025. Worked well until it died last week (Jan 2026)

Not bad for its price, has a hard time running a lot of programs. Decent budget laptop

Runs slow.. I gave it to my son. Can’t expect much for the price.

First of all, i couldn't actually get into the computer until I set up a windows account. The updates took 28 hour to complete the updates, WHY??????? Just to get into the machine I had to set up a windows account, why would I need to go through an additional number of hopes I have to give out even more information and have to maintain a whole other account , and I wasn't enthusiastic about setting up in the first place. The system layout makes absolutely no sense. I've tried setting up a password twice and both times it just sent me to a random youtube video. I tried looking for an instruction manual on the computer and it literally sent me to a website. Would it be too much to ask to have the owner's manual on the computer for offline use. It was a black friday deal, let's just say i'm getting what I paid for.

Great for everyday college student usage. Awesome!

Bought for my daughter for school The mouse pad glitches a lot set up was somewhat annoying

Bought this with the understanding it would be good for games for my 13 year old son. He downloaded one game and it maxed it out. When i was there i specifically asked and was told it would be perfectly fine. I understand it was a lower model but just needed something for him that was simple that he could use to play a few games on.

The processor was slow but it was as advertised. Should have looked prior to purchase

Its not a bad laptop. I dont have alot on it and it runs slow. Running windows 11 too.

if you need a mediocre laptop, this is definitely one of the options. not much else to say

In the first week it has just shut down completely on me. I have all the virus protection on it. It freezes up a lot. I can’t make it through one full shift without having to charge the battery.

The computer had a bug immediately upon opening. Had to return it the next day.

The mouse isn't very smooth to operate, it's a little touchy and the overall speed of the laptop isn't impressive. It's a good value for the low price though.

Not the best computer, but I can’t complain to its defense I tried downloading war thunder on it and that’s what killed it. It still runs. It’s just laggy which I have to delete war thunder off but it’ll be great for school
