Not enough internal storage. Very light weight and easily fits in a bookbag.

I ended having to do a refund because my purchase came with a one month Xbox play code. Cashier never asked for my email or phone number. We do a refund and add in my email and phone number only to be told that the code will be emailed, I Asked when will that be, they said idk. I bought this almost a month ago and still have not gotten it. Disgusting.

Battery doesn't last long, the mouse pad is weirdly clicky, and its still pretty slow loading sites

Screen quality is very low. BATTERY is horrible !! Just not worth the buy.

It runs very weakly, I thought maybe it was the one I had before as I had one in Pale Rose Gold and I thought maybe it had a factory problem bc it didn’t have a reason to have high cpu usage a few days after purchase but the same thing ended up happening with this one.

It’s okay if you want to do very minimal with it. I got it for college but it’s very slow and the storage somehow gets full from just a few things!

This is a simple laptop for simple tasks and I found it plenty good enough to be a secondary machine for writing scripts/reviews or watching videos on the side. I like that it runs Windows (albeit in “S” mode) S mode can be turned off but I decided to leave it on and focus on using only Microsoft store apps and the Edge browser. Luckily it seems Edge has come a long way and pretty much syncs up the same way as Chrome as long as you’re logged in. I also like that it has CoPilot which is wayyy better than googling nowadays. Let's get into some of the categories… Performance: First thing I pay attention to is just how well a budget laptop can do simple tasks and this mostly passes. I can have multiple tabs open, video playing on the side, and even using CoPilot is pretty responsive. Where this thing struggles is RAM - it is usually at 80-90% usage and pages will often need to refresh even for a split second. Still whatever you’re working on at the moment will be responsive. Storage: You’re getting 128GB of storage however right off the bat the system eats up most of it - I only have 69.2GB free so that doesn’t leave me with much headroom. I’d recommend using cloud services for stuff like photos etc. Screen: The display is 14” and at 720P it's very average. Viewing angles are actually decent but colors look very washed out. Speakers: Plenty of volume and vocals come across fairly clear - there's some distortion but it honestly didn’t bother me much. Webcam: Webcam is honestly fantastic for what you get - perhaps the best I’ve seen on a budget laptop. My face looks very clear and I can even make out the details in my skin. This will be great for video chatting. Keyboard: While I can type very fast and accurately on this keyboard the individual keys have a ton of wobble to them so I don’t know how they will stand the test of time. It’s a fairly big keyboard and all your shortcuts are nicely laid out and labeled. Battery life: Expect only about a day with medium usage and potentially two days if you’re being super light. Standby is pretty good though so you can leave it and not worry about charging when you come back. Overall I’d recommend this laptop especially for somebody who might not be as demanding, but there's still some areas where I would have liked it to be better

Operating system stopped working. What a piece of crap and they make it almost impossible to add a new operating system.

I got double charged for the printer and then for the free items the code didn’t work I am very disappointed in the service I got this time with Best Buy

i don’t want to sound like a picky person nor blame best buy directly. but when i received my package the whole box was soaked in some type of liquid that smelled like windex. the computer was fine but the whole box was damaged and i left a review on the shipping company complaining about it and didn’t hear back from them

Someone called to cancel the service I was supposed to get on today, October 1. I could not understand what ahe was saying about why the appointment was canceled. I could not understand the call back number. So I am stuck without talking to someone about the cancellation.

It’s been a solid performer, and I can rely on it to keep up with my fast-paced tasks. AI Assistance with Microsoft Copilot: The addition of Microsoft Copilot in Windows 11 is a huge bonus. It’s like having a personal assistant available at all times to help me with everything from brainstorming new ideas to finding quick solutions. Copilot has been especially useful for organizing my work and offering simplified answers when I need them most. It’s intuitive and easy to use, and having it built right into Windows 11 has made my workflow so much smoother. Impressive Display and Design: The 14-inch HD display is fantastic for watching videos and working on projects. The micro-edge design, with its almost bezel-less look, gives me more screen space, which is great for multitasking. I can easily connect a second monitor for an even more efficient setup. The anti-glare panel is also a lifesaver for outdoor use, as I don’t have to worry about my screen being washed out by sunlight. Plus, the slim design of the laptop makes it ultra-portable—it's incredibly lightweight and easy to carry around, which I love for when I need to work on the go. This can also fit in small spaces or desks. Battery Life and Fast Charging: I have gotten anywhere from 8-11 hours out of the battery depending on what I am doing. I’m always on the move, and the battery life is a huge plus for me. It lasts through a full day of work without needing a recharge, and when I do need to plug it in, HP’s Fast Charge feature gets me to 50% in just about 45 minutes. This has saved me on several occasions when I’m in a rush and need a quick battery boost. Connectivity and Audio Quality: This laptop comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless card. The audio quality isn't horrible for such a slim device. The dual-array microphones and HP True Vision HD camera are perfect for video calls, ensuring I always look and sound crystal clear, even in low light. Sustainable and Portable Design: Weighing just 3.24 lbs and measuring only 0.71 inches thin, this laptop is incredibly portable. I can carry it from room to room or slip it into my bag when I’m heading out. Final Thoughts: Overall, the HP 14-inch laptop has exceeded my expectations. This is the sixth computer I've purchased since 1993 and it is absolutely the worst ever. MY $40 Android phone has faster and more dependable internet ability. Routinely takes 3 to 4 hours just to close a website page. (yes, HOURS not minutes). Save yourself some time and just throw $250 in the trash can. Would not recommend and will never buy another HP product.

Its amazing to find that at this day and age this laptop doesn't come with a standard usb-c charging capability.

Don’t buy it save yourself the time and money! It starts to slow down and not work properly after a couple of weeks.

Wireless card broken out of the box. Since I can’t get it to initiate setup I’m returning it.

I don't have internet or wifi and I do not know how to make the computer work for me.
