Delivered on time, color is great. Bought for kiddo going into junior to help with homework and occupy time spent stuck in the house during these winters. Was a great Christmas gift and she is very happy with it!

Good performance very decent price. We purchased this for my father-in-law because it look great as he can just surf the Internet, get on social media, and pay his bills. Decent horsepower under the hood.

For the price, you can't beat it. Very quick and easy setup. The laptop initially boots in Windows S mode which is a simple version and only gives access to the Windows application via their app store. However, the associate at Best Buy did instruct me how to change it to Windows 11, which is what I needed. I mostly use it when I cannot run an application on iOS. The performance and memory are lower than other models, but if you're looking for something to simply surf the web and email, it's a great little PC.

I’m in love with this light weight laptop. It’s what I needed. Not too heavy or bulky. The price was perfect for my budget.

For daily basic use i found that this laptop does the job. Emails to zoom meetings. It gets the job done.

I have 5 laptops,tablets ans e readers and all died. I saw yhis HP on sale during yhe July Black Friday sale and decided to get it snd I sm so glad that I did! This prevents me from having to go to my desktop to browse or for Word or some other project offline. I also purchased the extra warranty. Happy with this purchase. I got the lavender one.

This product was cheap and I don’t need it for much but it works good. A bit slow at times even for setting up. But somewhat good if you want it for just simple typing. Battery Life does run low, it does run slow and the battery drains fast though.

Great laptop! It works well for my kid who draws digitally and streams videos. For the price, I have no complaints. The one star off is that it does seem to lag here and there, but it's really a great purchase.

Perfect gift for my son and easy to set up. No complaints at all. I was able to connect my account with his as he is a minor and there’s many settings to add for kids.
