Very sleek design! It was easy to set up and use right away.

My experience making the computer selection and checking out on the Best Buy website was easy and swift. The computer arrived when promised. However; The HP Laptop was plugged in (as it advised) for two days (I was busy with many things), and the device had only downloaded 2% on the first day after being plugged in all day. I left it plugged in another day and it started to download more. I believe it got to 40%. I left it plugged in but unplugged it because I would be gone for two days. When I got back, I plugged in the computer and it started from scratch, all the previous download was gone. I will need to contact Best Buy after Xmas to see if they can assist me with this issue. I'm not sure if I would recommend the product.

Its a great computer and easy to use. My grandson uses for school work and some gaming.

A cute laptop but very slow and can only be upgraded to 8gb ram. The processor is slow and the ram is inadequate for windows 11 since windows 11 inhales system resources and you have almost nothing left to use for other programs. The screen is low resolution and blurry. Very dim and boring screen.

The laptop works extremely perfect , everything in it is perfect.

I liked this product so much that this is my second purchase, about 2 years ago i got the Rose Gold for my self. I needed a laptop for work that was quick, affordable and portable.i like the how light weight it is because i do travel and fits easily in my backpack. This one is fir my daught and I will be getting the lavender one for my granddaughter.

Works good for what i needed it for. All i needed it is to pah bills and chrck some privste things i need.
