This laptop is a great buy. Its very easy to use and navigate. Also size is perfect.

This is exactly what i was looking for. Medium size easy to carry and works like a champ. I am constantly on the go and carry it with me everywhere. Easy to use s as nd holds a charge.

My mother in law needed a new laptop and doesn't need much or all the bells and whistles. This worked perfectly. Was easy to set up for her and she's been enjoying the faster processing and ease of use.

The Sky Blue color is eye catching, and under the hood is a relatively responsive N150 processor, great for this price point. What is not mentioned anywhere is that under the hood, you can replace the 4GB RAM module with a larger one, which is what I did (popped in an 8GB DDR4 3200 module), making it quite usable as an everyday machine. The keyboard has good travel and the plastic build of the machine feels sturdy and durable. Overall, a good value!

The product is great, just wish they had more colors available as I had purchased the color I wanted online and it said it was available at the store. Then it turned out they only had two colors available out of like eight other colors that it showed online.

For the price, you can't beat it. Very quick and easy setup. The laptop initially boots in Windows S mode which is a simple version and only gives access to the Windows application via their app store. However, the associate at Best Buy did instruct me how to change it to Windows 11, which is what I needed. I mostly use it when I cannot run an application on iOS. The performance and memory are lower than other models, but if you're looking for something to simply surf the web and email, it's a great little PC.

We love this particular laptop for is size. Compared to our older one it is smaller, sleeker and lighter. The color is really pretty, we got the blue, which is my favorite color. Function wise, it has all the features needed for me to handle business as usual and is beyond easy to use. Personalization was easy and transferring all or my data/files was a breeze. There were no connection or compatibility issues. Overall, it was a smooth transition from one laptop to a modern/new labtop.

I liked this product so much that this is my second purchase, about 2 years ago i got the Rose Gold for my self. I needed a laptop for work that was quick, affordable and portable.i like the how light weight it is because i do travel and fits easily in my backpack. This one is fir my daught and I will be getting the lavender one for my granddaughter.

This laptop is so compact. I’m so strong meaning the battery stays on for a long time. The memory is amazing. The processing processor is outstanding.

Great laptop. Just purchased for traveling. Wife likes the color and is more than we need for basic browsing and use.

For a first time buyer of a HP - I recommend this one for its quality - battery life - ease of maneuvering of apps and light weight feel

Does its job. Great price. Don’t use it a ton but it seems like a good laptop and I couldn’t beat that price

This is an excellent budget laptop. It has been my first experience with this format/type hard drive and I have no complaints at all. It has sufficient Ram and storeage for my various programs and apps. The screen is bright and the keys have a good feel. Its light weight makes it perfect for travel. No complaints at all.

Great for homework and fast assignment and easy to navigate

This is the fourth time I have purchased this computer for my two kids, and every time it works like clockwork and is easy to use, upload items, and connect email accounts to. Love this! The best part is that it is not too bulky or too high for middle schoolers or high schoolers to lose or mess up.

Simple computer for simple use! I needed a family computer to help keep up with all the tasks a mom/dad try and balance all day. It works great and then some.

Really do like this computer it’s perfect for what I need it for such as checking emails and paying bills on. Also love the size of it so convenient to just take along with you.

I’m very happy with my purchase and the delivery. The only issue I had was a ‘mouse’ was supposed to be included and they stated they were out of them. They should have substituted another mouse since it was part of the sale.
