    The lap top is easy to operate and compact enough to take with you. The only thing I do not like is the silver keyboard. Very hard to see in dim light. A black with white lettering key board is much easier to see in all types of lighting.

    I purchased the HP 14-inch laptop hoping for a reliable everyday device, but it fell short of expectations. While you can upgrade the memory, the hard drive space is fixed at 128GB. After the initial system updates, only about 60GB was left, which is very limiting. The laptop is not very powerful—I struggled to stream videos on Netflix and YouTube smoothly. If you’re planning to use this for work, projects, or entertainment, I would not recommend it. It might be okay for casual web browsing or light tasks, but that’s about it. Unfortunately, I plan to return it in a couple of days.
