I got this computer quite frankly because it was cute and the price was great. I wanted something to play roblox with my kids. This computer wasn't it. I had to return it for something better. I'm sure it's good for basic things, but unfortunately this one wasn't for me.

Got it for my son just to use as he gets older with school work.

It's ok. You get what you pay for. The display is not the best and the system lags if you have too many things open. But for the price it's a deal.

I work from home and it's a great Laptop for what I need it for! I wish the screen was a bit bigger but that's my only complaint.

The HP system is excellent to view. I would recommend the HP brand to coworkers, family, and friends.

Have it had it super long but do really enjoy it so far. Works great, haven't had any issues out of it. I will say the camera quality isn't great but I wasn't expecting top notch here. Battery lasts pretty long as long as you're not running anything like discord or something really large. Fairly light, not bulky, very subtle color (on the outside with it being lavender). Overall really really like it!

It's ALL that my wife needs, an excellent starter Laptop. With an UNBEATABLE price @ $169, so far so good!

This kaptop i would say its good for personal but not gaming, it has a mircosoft store app and not google play store ios app store id you wsnt more games it apps you are wanting to get i would suggest a macbook

A bit slow, how ever it's great for the price and my needs

I will preface that Best Buy is amazing and has no control over the quality of HP and its products. That said, I am a huge HP fan and predominantly own HP laptops. However, I feel that I need to post a review for this product to warn others before they make the purchase. The price was very nice for those tight for money. But what you get is not worth it. I live in a city and have high-speed internet. It took me 10 minutes just to log in to post this review; that is how slowly this laptop runs. I teach undergrad students and purchased this to grade their assignments when I am not near my fixed PC, and I am woefully disappointed that HP produced such a terrible product. It saddens me that individuals who are financially strapped for cash, like students, are led to believe they have gotten a 'deal'. Unfortunately, I am opting to keep this laptop, as it would take eons to remove my personal information, time that I do not have.

Just what we needed to do my homework. Didnt need alot of storage so the 4ram is okay for me. Great price for it not to be a chrome book....

For the price the this laptop is perfect for your day to day use.
