From the moment I used it, it ran extremely slow, battery life is only about 3 hours despite the fact that I've had it for less than a month, and the limited storage makes it barely able to function with more than one app installed. Additionally, the extra keys make typing and gameplay very difficult. I would not recommend purchasing this laptop.

Using Chrome or Microsoft Edge takes forever loading. Trying to go to a website on these browsers is also a problem. I'm still using this device because my old laptop is more than 10 years old but I can't tell which is worse: this laptop or my old one.
