When I bought this machine, I expected the bare minimum, but when I came into contact with my new laptop, it exceeded all my expectations, simply the best for doing my work and I am truly happy with it.

This was a great purchase for me. It was open box and was sold at a discount. Came packdged well and looks like it was never used. It was a decent price and was exactly as the description indicated.

Take a few minutes to power up and get all of the programs loaded. Yet, once it’s up and running it’s delightful. It could use a longer battery life but it’s satisfactory.

its a good pc not too powerful but it gets the job down. i got it to play steam games and it can run certain games but others it struggles.

I like Hp products and this is very good and it comes with microsoft office software for a year included!

Overall the laptop is AWESOME. Purchased it for my grandson for school. He just started 4th grade

We love this computer, I bouthg for my niece, she loved it and said it was perfect for his studies and all the programs he needed for school.

I like the size of this HP laptop. I have had other brands and this by far is my favorite. I am a senior as in old. Although I am not always happy with Windows it beats the other popular brand I probably can’t say the name of.
