Now its frozen and wont turn even turn off. Got this less a month ago but no longer returnable. 14 days is not a long enough return window best buy.

Lousy product.

Audio needs to be constantly adjusted, making listening to YouTube videos uncomfortable. Although less expensive than other computers, this computer was not worth the price. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
