It was so easy to take and worked great. We would recommend it for people who don't use a computer much. If you want one for school etc. I think I would get the next one up.

Good computer, but needed to be fixed.

First check they cleaned it out, but that didn't work (a required check before sending to manufacturer). Sent it off to manufacturer who subsequently replaced the fan.
