Good to laptop

I do think when a laptop is purchased one should be able to have a transfer from old laptop to new right away. I was told it would take 5 days with geek squad. That to me is a big problem. Someone should be on staff just for that. I wound up transferring files with a thumb drive myself.

It replaces an old laptop that didn't have Windows 10. This one is perfect for everyday tasks, email, personal business, internet, and shopping. Not a gamer or a streamer, so I don't need the extras for that, I am very satisfied with my new computer! Very easy set up, too!
