I bought this laptop to use for some business applications (mostly through e-mail and MS office) as well as being able to stream movies online. Everything works great for me. I thought I'd miss having a DVD / CD drive, but I don't really.

Bought this laptop for class. Great laptop with fast startup. Only wish it had more memory. It runs with Microsoft Windows 10 S mode which can be disable but does help restrict any downloads that can potentially be unsafe.

I purchased this Laptop for my 9 year old niece. It’s easy to maneuver and the keys are sturdy and perfect for her little fingers. She adores the features and loves watching Disney movies on it.

Never had a laptop before, this one is a good size to learn on. Easy to carry and just right to use with my cricuit machine. I'm still learning to use it, it's hard because our internet service up here is very limited.

Got it for my dad. He had a Macbook that he loved but didnt want to pay the money for another so we compromised and he got this laptop and a new Ipad and he is happy with decision.

Purchased this on sale for my daughter. Works well enough but feels very cheap. She is able to do her homework and play some games like Roblox. It is lasting longer than I expected.

It is a refurbished laptop. It has it’s problems: when plugging something in the USB port before turning on the computer, it does not load appropriately. It works when I let it load first and then plug things after.

This laptop does what I need it to do, run my telescope and cameras. I did have to go to a higher amp power supply to get the output required for auto-guiding the mount with a camera. This will handle most basic tasks well.

I have been using this laptop almost 10 years. I didn't realize HP product lasts this long. However, I continue to recommend all my friends to purchase HP, not other branches.

My computer is working well but only because Omar set it up properly for me. I was devastated in the beginning when I realized that all of my info was gone but he restored it so I am back to normal!

This is the best laptop I’ve ever owned.It is super Fast to load up. Perfect for my use of mostly HDMI hook up to my BIG screen tv.My wife is going to purchase another HP for her personal use.

This is a full function PC for the price and size of a chrome book. The 128GB SSD is a limitation but the SD card reader allows an SD card to be added for additional memory without changing the profile.

The Lap Top was bought as a transferable device to be given to each succeeding officer for a permanent record of proceedings had exactly the features we needed and didnt break our budget

My use, web searching, storing files, mail, listening to music, etc. A lot of free apps available, M.S. edge is user friendly. Only in use for a couple of months and so far very happy.

Works fine as a lot of options but keep in mind the operating system runs in a windows Mode that will not allow Non-Microsoft Approved software to be installed without disabling the safety features.

Got this for my daughter when she turned 11. So far, so good. She really enjoys it and I feel that it has enough power and storage to last her for a while. Though high school? We'll see.

I can accomplish my work and personal tasks with out issue except the cursor seems to wander. If I pause in typing, the cursor can suddenly be placed earlier in the current sentence being input.

I like the computer, but not happy with salesman’s that suggested I buy a anti virus protection for the computer and it already comes with one. I will never purchase another product from Best Buy.

Needed to replace an old laptop and was worried about having to switch to a new operating system. The switch has been easy and I love this m laptop. Perfect size and easily portable.

I purchased this for my son who is an IT major at a local community community college. He is satisfied with this and might graduate in May 2020 due to Coronavirus Pandemic.
