Not great! But good for hard use

I don't regret for this product as the deal was pretty good and as always Best Buy matches the prices and they can beat all competitor prices.

Basically a paperweight with connectivity

Both of those are impossible when the laptop does not stay connected to the internet for more than 10-15 min at a time. Even with these issues I gave it more time. yet nothing has come out to fix the issues in software and honestly I wish I saved the money and just went with a cheaper chrome book with a touch screen. It is okay with youtube or netflix but I still lose connection throughout my videos.

Worked great at first

When I took the item to Geek squad it turned out to be a hardware issue. Luckily I was able to return item and get full refund.

Cheap computer that fulfills needs
