The machine is waste of money, and energy. It is slow, internet connection is bad. Everything not really good at all.

I liked this laptop while it worked. It died just after a year of use. Total failure to power on.

Microphone hardware doesn't work and I'm not sure if it ever did. I'd bet that it never did.

Great reliable laptop. Battery life started to go away on year three. Now it lasts about one hour on a full charge, but the battery replacement is pretty cheap.

Great laptop for everyday tasks and work. Nice and light and fairly thin. 8th gen i3 is plenty powerful for tasks and work. Touchscreen at this price point is amazing. Touchscreen itself is nice and accurate. Registers immediately. The screen may be low on resolution, but it's very clear and the color saturation is great and images/videos are vivid. Overall it's an amazing laptop for everyday work and then some.

This product is amazing I love it I can work do meetings and play games all at the same time it is light weight and the touchscreen is beautiful. Also it is cheaper than other products. I loved this product until I spilt water on it so now I’m going to buy another one. I have had over three computers and none of them work as good as this one. It is a great computer for kids and adults. I highly recommend this if you do not want to spend a lot of money on a computer.

Great laptop, easy and fast to set up. I was able to easily connect to my WiFi printer - as soon as I hooked up to my WiFi, the PC was already obtaining the driver to install my printer. I received one month free trial of Microsoft Office, then price is $99 for a year. This PC is amazingly fast and has all that I need to do what I need it it to do. I am a Chrome user, so I had to take it out of S mode in order to install Google Chrome. Overall, it is well worth the price!

This was purchased to replace a 2015 Macbook Air which is having issues. I love my MBA. Having said that, this one has the same specs as my MBA and is about 1/4 of the weight. It's much easier to travel with and carry on a regular basis. I was disappointed that the wireless would not work with my 5G, but not a deal breaker. It's snappy and actually a nice-looking laptop. It does well for daily computer tasks and is worth the $$.

had it for a couple of year, Recently gave it away to cousins (maybe more a curse than a blessing). 4 words, Slow Out da box. it worked through highschool and middle school just fine, especially during covid, but let me tell you. Thing couldn't even run google chrome without struggling. It was my first laptop so It was fine, but struggling to load even pictures into google docs is where i draw the line, Especially when I jealously looking over as kids pulled out MacBook's and had the assignment done before I could even get it to load. 2 stars for Nostalgia, after that don't even DESERVE a star.

Works great and small enough to carry around, clear

This computer has worked well. My child uses the computer for school daily and for her games, probably also during school.

I like this laptop, and it is W11 capable. It has always worked like it should, and never lags.

I brought this laptop as a gift for my daughter and she is very please with it.

Failed to complete Windows setup... locks up partially through the process to a blue screen of death or just shuts down to a peaceful black screen... just when I had a little faith in Windows and HP again... FAIL Keyboard touch pad clunky and rattles when used... unlike the demo laptop at the store... FAIL Had high hopes for this basic yet high value laptop... super disappointed... wish I could score it a ZERO... I guess it gets one star for proving to be an unreliable piece of junk before the return period expired Going BACK for return ASAP!! Thanks for nothing

The computer I received would not turn on. I had to return it to the store.

Description says it has a fingerprint reader, but this feature is missing.
