    First of all I had to go to another store because no one would answer the phone. When I arrived, the clerk couldn't find the Toner. We started walking out, then the clerk looked up - There it was sitting on the top ledge, instead of being on the bottom ledge with all the other toner cartridges.

    I switched to a laser printer because I was having toner issues with freezing/plugging up before the cartridges were empty. The laser ink is more expensive up front, but more consistent throughout it's "lifespan".

    I paid a lot of money for this toner cartridge. It got here and I have no clue how to install it in my relatively new printer.. If I call out someone to help, they charge me. This is just not right.

    This was simple to order and install. Was disappointed the cartridge that came with printer only lasted less than 150 pages. Will wonder how long the “full” size lasts
