    First of all I had to go to another store because no one would answer the phone. When I arrived, the clerk couldn't find the Toner. We started walking out, then the clerk looked up - There it was sitting on the top ledge, instead of being on the bottom ledge with all the other toner cartridges.

    HP seems to be scrimping on the toner cartridges. They don’t seem to last very long and the amount of printing is the same (very minimal printing is done).

    I switched to a laser printer because I was having toner issues with freezing/plugging up before the cartridges were empty. The laser ink is more expensive up front, but more consistent throughout it's "lifespan".
