    Advertised as a laptop, but is really a chromebook with some storage space on an embedded sd card. Can't load MS office, unless it's Office 365, which requires a subscription.

    First time with a chromebook and I am very happy with it. It opens quickly and the start up as very quick as well. I like accessing all my files with my phone through the cloud also with no compatibility issues.

    The gal that helped me out was knowledgeable and I threw out what I needed and the price I wanted. She checked out the open box collection & got what I needed. Case did not fit, wrong style.

    Love this laptop! I am not sure if there is a way to adjust the color on the screen. I haven’t figured that out yet. It works great and decently priced.

    The Transition from Window to Chomebook was seamless as most of my accounts are in Google/Gmail. We added the online window services, so all the documents we use for work were saved. I highly recommend this computer.

    I like the computer but it needs to have more USB ports. I can’t connect my printer because I don’t have a wireless Printer and mine needs a USB. That’s my main dislike and since I ordered online I was not aware of this or I probably would not purchase this model.
