    I bought this because I needed the basics for work- a camera for zoom, being able to make and edit documents, and surf the internet. It did not preform well at all. It could handle being on zoom and was consistently lagging so bad that I could not hear what they said because the saying was distorted and my internet was fine. I could make my documents but it did not have Microsoft office, it was just Google. What upset me the most was that Best Buy did not tell me how many days I had to return the item. I filed for a return but couldn’t actually take it in to a UPS for a few day, and when I did I couldn’t return it because apparently I had only 19 days to return it. I thought it was pretty standard that you have 30 days? I just wasted $200 for nothing and ended up buying a new laptop that could actually perform.

    My review would have been absolutely great except that I had a 2 week window to figure out if the thing was going to crash or not and guess what it lasted 2 weeks but not much over. it opted that the webpages where unresponsive and then went toa gray screen and wouldn't move but because I've had it for over 2 weeks its my problem and I'm out just under $300. Seems fair right??

    Have had for 4 months with light use and the left click on the touch pad has already began to stick and make the laptop difficult to use

    It's a defective product. It shuts itself off and stays like that till the battery is down to 0.Then I have to recharge and bring it to life. I purchased this thing as a replacement for my HP ,that had issues after a year of use. It's very stressful,dissapointing and frustrating for a financially challenged senior with all sort of health issues.

    Deceptive Marketing! Possibly Switch and bait!

    After researching for weeks, my husband and I decided to purchase our homeschooled children laptops opposed to chromebooks. We read the overview and specifications and purchased two of these “laptops “during the President’s Day Sale. A few days later, we received 2 Chromebooks. Unfortunately, I didn’t print a receipt, so all of our online receipts reflect purchases of Chromebooks when I know I purchased 2 laptops running the windows 11 operating system.

    Not Happy. I charged the laptop once. Second attempt failed. I bought it from Best Buy so I tried to return charger plug. Best Buy inspected it and said I needed a new charger. They would not give me a charger. They said to contact HP. I have tried to contact HP twice without success. Someone owes me a new charger!!
