Good computer. Big screen, lightweight. Upgrade from our old one

I wanted an easy to use laptop with better battery life than my previous laptop and this accomplishes that desire.

Great laptop! I ordered it and picked it up the same day. The camera has an on and off on top of the camera lens I believe.

Good computer for an excellent price. Lite weight so that it is easy to carry around. Works perfectly for my Zoom and other meetings, and I use it for my classes that I have just started, I would recommend Best Buy for all your computer needs

I've recently bought this laptop and I've experienced really great by using this laptop. And even I've started using for my school it's impressive the smooth controls! And fast processing everything was massive perfect in it! I would recommend many people to buy this to experience great features.

Bought for an older person who doesn't need high storage or graphics. Its an overall nice performing for someone that doesn't do gaming or needs a ton of storage.

It was a desperate 2 a.m. purchase, fraud contacted me to verify I was the one using my bank card, I said yes, order confirmation went thru, email confirmation, later a tracking notice, delivery with signature, on time as promised, was able to complete a volunteer projects due that week. People make fun of Chromebooks but they are cheap and trouble free and do what I need to do. They are great as long as you trust Google to know all your business and to keep it safe. I like that the HP Chromebooks provide a the 10 key input with the keyboard.

Purchased this for my homeschooler as their first computer. It is easy to set up and super fast. So far we love it!

Perfect laptop chromebook, fast loading, HP is good

Worked for what I needed, a computer for my mother. She can barely use a computer. She needs something one step above an etch-a-sketch [tm] and this was it. Nice sized screen for watching movies, full keyboard, and light weight. <chefs kiss>

Got this for my Mom and she loves it. Bigger screen makes it easier to see. Also, like the 10 key feature to make it easier for entering numerical data. User friendly set up. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Bought this notebook for my father and it is great. Fast processing. Gets the job done. Nice sized screen.

Got this to add to our homeschool room so the kids could do research projects and learning practice games. It works great and has good parental control settings.

Runs smooth and handles all my basic needs. Would recommend.

Work really well for my kids first large laptop. Everything run as smooth as can be on chrome OS. Only downside is kind of the forced password and not being able to just click to login. Though that may be a option deeper in the menus or on the parent app side. I will definitely take a closer look at its features next time im home from traveling and working. All in all, I personally dont see and cons for a kids frist laptop experience
