Just bought a chrome book had a bit of difficulty with shipping think they should be better with shipping but other than that i had a great experience and i love my new devise

Its an overall good laptop for school and some leisure gaming. Screen color and resolution isnt the best but thats it.

I've purchased HP Chrome books before, and there is a reason i got this one for my husband. He is a bit older, not too tech savvy, and an Apple iOS person. He loves this computer. Being a bit more on the old school side of tech, he really appreciates the full key board and number pad. And set was a breeze for him.

It is everything I was looking for in a Chromebook laptop. It hits all of the marks.

Had it delivered, they took a photo but it wasn't my porch. I called the number but it was disconnected. Called Best Buy, reorder. Waited 5 days,I called Best Buy, they said it was out of stock. Reorder to a different Best Buy. Waited a week, I called Best Buy, it been ready but didn't call me for pick up. Picked up my laptop, and didn't get the free gift. I gave up. Beware of their delivery service, crooks!

I don't like that it doesn't have a caps lock and just tiny other little things but overall it's a good computer. This is a lot smaller and a lower grade model that I'm used to.

Great PC & great price. Got this for my daughter for Christmas & she LOVES it!!

Perfect for my daughter who is homeschooled. I added the three year protection so it should last her through college. I actually was a long time Dell customer but switched to Best Buy. Better customer service, great product selection and good sales. Snagged this one on Cyber Monday!
