Love the laptop bought a 2nd one for a family member. Highly recommend

Great laptop, runs smoothly. Starts and shuts down very fast, no issues with it. rather light to carry. I wish it had the keyboard light, but it's fine

I bought this Chromebook to replace my fire tablet on trips. I was not familiar with Cloud, but it has a small amount included. I thought that I was loading picture folders on the chromebook, but it went to the cloud. Then, I started getting warnings that my system would stop receiving emails (in my Live account) and usage of the chromebook, unless I bought more cloud space. I refuse. I eliminated old emails, trash, sent, and draft items to open some space. The system sits at 98 % full, with warnings on "shut down", every so often. It is still more useful than my fire tablet, but not quite as good as my outdated Windows 10 computer. It has Windows 11, which is another reason to purchase it. I'm told that it won't install antivirus applications. That is another perk, in my opinion. The screen edges sometimes prevent scrolling. I often have to send my Yahoo emails, from another computer, since I can't scroll to the send button. This chromebook is still useful for travel, though.

It’s a good product however given low memory with the eMMC it just isn’t enough and starts to get slow after a while. Might be good for school age kids and non gamers.

There are a few things different than my prior laptop. I plan on taking the HP laptop to the Rockaway, NJ store to ask questions.

The Chromebook is well-made, with a comfortable keyboard and a large, responsive touchpad. Three USB-C ports make for easy connectivity and charging. The camera has a convenient sliding cover for privacy, if desired. Battery life is good. Excellent value for the price.

Had trouble moving arrow with my fingers and had to buy a mouse - still trying to learn how to use the laptop itself because I never had one, so too soon to make a full review but coming along well - like the large screen very much
