Bought this for my middle school son and it’s perfect for what he needs it for, school work and an occasional game.

I bought a HP laptop online and picked it up in the store. They made the whole experience very smooth and quick which I appreciated.

This monitor works very well, it been about 2 years and still runs good.

When i stopped in to make my purchase, i was told this laptop was out of stock, i could order it online or the salesman could order it. I got home to order it and it was in stock. I had to drive 25 miles back to the store.

Great Value. Works as intended. The screen is the only noticeable “cheap” component of this Chromebook.

I was surprised on how well it is built. It's sturdy and has good weight to it. The screen is bright and the key board is smooth. The keys aren't back lit but your getting a great computer for the price.

We are longtime Google App people but we came up with Windows PC's and this is our first Chromebook which we are loving. The Chromebook seems faster even when wi fi is weak! Impressive!

It’s a good laptop. Works pretty well, it’s just not compatible with a lot of browsers I use for school.

It’s a very good computer in my person I prefer the hp for its comfort and it’s good for any job

Ive not used much since ive bought but it serves well for what need which is internet and writing

for a basic laptop it is okdid not realize had no key under lights and cannot use my avg security with chrome

Unfortunately, this particular machine did not boot up, but Best Buy gave me a refund without any problem. I immediately bought another unit which is working fine. This is a gift for a senior who appreciates the features of a Chromebook.

Does what it says on the tin, and is okay for what it is. Great for word processing, docs, etc.

Great except. ,,,,,,,,,, keyboard lettering atrocious. Have ordered stickers to see if can improve them.

This ChromeBook has a good build quality and perfect for day to day use. Although I bought this for light programming, but this model doesn't allow to download and install custom Apps (or to access underlying Linux environment), hence I returned it and bought a windows laptop (i3) which was $50 more but provided much more flexibility.

I have a hard time differentiating when to use the arrows to view a page and when to use the strip on the right hand side of the page. That strip is difficult to access. The Chromebook is taking some getting used to after always having a laptop computer.

So far I had it for over a month, it is a beautiful chrome laptop, everything has worked well with the software and hardware. Even though it's Chrome, I was able to get a Microsoft account and basic office apps, it is working great!

Nice computer. Wish it had more memory, hopefully I can have more added later
