My biggest problem is with the keyboard. The poor contrast of the pale white letters on the gray keys makes them very difficult to read. I am a senior citizen. This is a poor computer to recommend to people who rely on reading the keys when using the computer. I am extremely unhappy with it and plan to return it back to Best Buy. I will be more careful in my next purchase.

If the letters on the keyboard were legible, this would be a decent Chromebook.

it’s okayy. i’d recommend it only for people who need it for work or little things. (please do not use as a gaming laptop)

I thought the screen size was bigger then 14 inch.

I bought it for school use: internet was running slow compared to new Lenovo Chromebook and resolution is below expected. I believe much better options are out there for the same price range

Seems like a good unit but like others have said the keyboard is difficult to read unless in bright light conditions . Compared it side by side with my old HP which has black keys and more distinct white letters . No comparison . Seems HP should know better . Also the center of the keyboard is very weak and flexes when the keys are pushed . I will be returning it .

I didn't realize this laptop didn't have a touch screen so that's my fault. However, I could probably live with it if the screen resolution was better. I get a headache after 5 minutes, it's blurry and the colors are off. I've tried adjusting everything without improvement. I bought this open box, I see why it was returned :(

Good laptop for a teen or college student. Not military compatible so will be getting a different one.

The sales rep who assisted me at Best Buy was perfectly proficient at her work. I am grateful to have met her. The device itself is reasonable, but slow which makes getting some assignments completed, more challenging!
