Too small, too slow and the picture is not clear. Every time I use this I need to re enter my password.

Received defective item. Took some time but was able to set up return, although we are still waiting for a refund on the defective Chromebook.

worth the 200 dollars. However 1 of the charging ports already broke

There is no indicator for the Caps lock. It is impossible to set up since it needs to be connected to wifi to be used, which requires a password, and there is no way to determine if the caps lock is on or off. The option to make the password doesn't function either. I just decided to return it 30 seconds into trying to set it up. It's just a waste of time and money.

Just bought as a gift, was available for pick up quickly, it looke good

It was fine until the keyboard stopped inputting characters. I got a refund and bought a different brand......

Was told It was a good laptop to start off with for college by an employee and was lied to. It can only use apps from the chrome store doesn’t even support download extensions. Worst laptop for anything that isn’t middle and high school

I didnt realize that a Chromebook could not run Windows programs, so I had to return this laptop. They should make this clear in the product description so people dont waste their time and money. In the same purchase I also bought Windows 365 but the site didnt tell me I couldn't use it with this laptop.

Mother board went out in 13 months. Had to have it repaired. Never picked up due to cost. Cheaper to get a new computer

After the third month of purchase the ridge that holds the screen became loose pulling apart the screen at the bottom destroying the laptop as it was not damaged.

Found out the hard way that a chromebook is now a PC/Windows, or Mac OS system. Tried to do my taxes with TurboTax, ordered my disk from Sams, got my code and went to download the program and F to my surprise... I cant do my taxes this way. I have to do them online and pay full price. I bought this stupid computer for my business and I hate it, the keys don't light up, and I cant use it to do my taxes, it is only good for basic things. I was one day too late when I found out about the tax issue for me to be able to return the darn computer or else I would have returned it. so mad. hate this computer, would not recommend.

Had it for six weeks & all of a sudden, it will not charge properly. Plugged in to a working outlet & will not charge. Battery goes completely dead & had to reboot. I need to know where to return this & get a refund please?!

Bought this for an online classroom that uses Canvas as a platform. It’s really clunky..links don’t work. The touchpad is over sensitive or doesn’t work..the whole system is not as user friendly as I hoped. Is it too late to return??
